Paul Stafford is “THE DAILY MALE”
Paul Stafford – Artist, cook and charity initiator will be embarking on a new project to support FareShare, Marcus Rashford’s preferred charity, which provides meals for those children in lockdown who find it difficult to access nutritional and healthy foods.
During the previous lockdown Paul, alongside other artists and gallery owners, raised over £18K for the charity mealsforthenhs,to provide meals for frontline NHS staff by auctioning their artworks. The auction was a great success, both in raising funds, but also in supporting artists with their mental health, as the project provided a vehicle for inspiration and artwork production.
Each day during the current lockdown, Paul will use the front page of The Daily Mail and paint a piece of artwork directly onto the front page, inspired by daily events both in the world and his own life.
He will produce 28 original works and post his oeuvres on all social media platforms.
All the works will be in acrylic on newsprint, each signed by Paul and, each bearing his thumbprint, a method he always uses to authenticate his work.
The auction will open the day after lockdown ends, Thursday the 3rd of December and close at 7.00pm on Sunday the 13th of December.
Paul will donate 50% of all profits directly to FareShare.
The paintings can be viewed via the Daily Male button above.
Winning bidders will receive:
